Shipping policy

When will I get my order?

 

Once payment is received; orders generally ship out within 1-7 business days (excluding holidays).

A USPS (United States Post Office) tracking number will be emailed upon shipping to the email address provided at the time of purchase.

Once the tracking number shows "delivered" we are no longer responsible for your receipt of the item and cannot compensate for theft of your mailbox.

PLEASE NOTE: USPS's tracking information can be inaccurate and not up-to-date from time to time.

IMPORTANT: Once a package is in transit, we are not responsible for delays by USPS or theft upon delivery.

 

 

Do you ship internationally?

 Orders placed on RighteousRoots.net currently ship only within the USA. To order outside of the US; check our locations tab for a list of worldwide resellers who would be glad to ship product to your region of the world.

For wholesale orders feel free to inquire on the wholesales tab to get a quote for worldwide wholesale shipping. PLEASE NOTE that international shipping quotes do not include any fees or taxes from your local government or customs agencies. Please inquire with the authorities in your country for more info on any applicable import fees. Righteous Roots is not responsible for shipping costs or fees accrued as a result of the policies within your country. Righteous Roots will not refund the shipping on wholesale packages that are held in your country or subsequently returned to the US.
